“Overall, based on your observations, do you think younger generations suffer from a lack of people skills?” I think that the younger generation isn’t as active as the past generations. I remember spending time playing jump rope, riding my bike, hopscotch or just running around as a kid. I think being expose to the positive aspects of the internet can help the younger generation become entrepreneurs.

I think they have greater people skills, much greater. Online has increased dialogue for kids and this persistent communication puts everyone in a glass house where their self awareness is continually challenged leading to higher level of maturity. Personality is more defined now as online increases the definitions of identity market and takes a larger % of the identity pie from situations in the structured school environment.
