		<description>@Eva Well said!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s a misnomer that these guys can&#039;t miss...success breed success.&lt;br&gt;After you&#039;ve been successful once, you have more money, more&lt;br&gt;resources, better exposure to deals, etc. However it&#039;s important to&lt;br&gt;remember these guys are all self made and had to crawl before they&lt;br&gt;could walk. Definitely inspirational!</description>

Failures are infact a stage when we are told that this is not the right pathway to reach success, one needs to change his path to become successful. I take failures as practical source of learning.  Reid Hoffman, Peter Thiel, Sean Parker are some of the few guys who give inspiration that don&#039;t fear the failure.</description>
