I understand there are others in other countries that need our help. However, it is now time for us to pull back and concentrate on our own citizens, they all need houses, jobs, new way of dealing with prisioners, drugs, immigrants. We can not cure the world ills. If the movie stars or millionaires want to try then more power to them, but charity begins at home. As a US citizen we need to take care of our on first. I'm not entirely sure how that will affect most small business owners, or what he will even classify as a small business, but it does sound promising.
