I work with developers and this is really true but I can not understand them. I am most productive to 12 and then everything is much more difficult.

This is a great distinction that helped me rethink my biz as I am a “manager” but work with several “makers” and occasionally am one myself from time to time. As Paul says, simple understanding will begin to improve our effectiveness in working together.

myself, but during the day I manage a team, so it's just about
impossible to do anything other than manage.
